An Email from a Friend

A friend wrote this in an email that i received today. Dang, this makes me feel good. What words of encouragement have you recieved recently and why did they mean so much to you?

It was nice to see you... You looked so nice. I think some of these changes have been good for you even though it must have been really hard at the time. The haircut and makeup and your pretty outfit looked really hot. (I'm not making a pass at you, I swear!!) I just wanted to tell you that. Keep it up! Seriously, you looked like you had been on one of those makeover shows...I almost didn't recognize you!
